Recommended Markers & Inks for Tyvek:

Quick drying alcohol based markers have good adhesion to Tyvek and can include standard Sharpie markers, but do Not use dry erase markers or Bic style pens. Paint markers can work as long as they are thin layers. Paint that sits on the surface like Acrylic or thick paint markers can flake off over time.
