Welcome to the Dynomighty Micro Wallet Finder, the ultra-thin rechargeable wallet finder designed to help you locate your wallet, protect your cards, and make it easier for someone to contact you if your wallet is found.
This updated Dual-Band Micro Wallet Finder works with both Apple Find My and Android devices using Google Find Hub / Find My Device, while retaining Dynomighty-exclusive wallet protection features including RFID Alarm, Smart RFID™ Protection, Active Jamming, and ScanKeep QR contact and retrieval support.

1. Apple Find My Setup
Use Apple Find My to add your Micro Wallet Finder to your Apple account and locate it from the Find My app.
Requirements
- An iPhone or iPad signed in to your Apple ID.
- Bluetooth turned on.
- Location Services turned on.
- The latest available version of iOS or iPadOS recommended.
Pairing with Apple Find My
- Power on the Micro Wallet Finder by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds until you hear the confirmation tone.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Items.
- Tap Add Item.
- Select Other Supported Item.
- Keep the Micro Wallet Finder close to your device and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Name the item, assign an emoji if desired, and finish setup.
Once paired, you can use Apple Find My to view the last known location, play a sound, and mark the item as lost where supported by Apple Find My.
2. Android / Google Find Hub Setup
Use Google Find Hub / Find My Device to connect your Micro Wallet Finder to a supported Android device.
Requirements
- Android 12 or newer.
- Bluetooth enabled.
- Location enabled.
- Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Google Find Hub support available in your region.
Pairing with Android Fast Pair
- Turn on Bluetooth.
- Turn on Location Services.
- Place the Micro Wallet Finder within 0.5 m / 1.6 ft of your phone.
- Power on the Micro Wallet Finder by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds until you hear the confirmation tone.
- Wait for the Fast Pair popup to appear on your Android phone.
- Tap Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
If the Fast Pair Popup Does Not Appear
- Open Settings on your Android phone.
- Go to Google → Devices & Sharing → Devices.
- Confirm that Scan for Nearby Devices is enabled.
- Restart your phone.
- Move the Micro Wallet Finder close to the phone and try pairing again.
3. RFID Alarm & Smart RFID™ Protection
Your Micro Wallet Finder includes Dynomighty-exclusive wallet protection features designed to help protect RFID-enabled cards and alert you to suspicious RFID reader activity nearby.
RFID Alarm
The RFID Alarm is designed to detect nearby 13.56 MHz RFID reader activity. When the RFID Alarm is enabled and a compatible reader is detected nearby, the Micro Wallet Finder emits rapid warning tones to alert you.
Smart RFID™ Protection
Smart RFID™ Protection helps shield RFID-enabled cards from unwanted scans while keeping the wallet finder thin, rechargeable, and easy to carry in your wallet.
Active Jamming
Active Jamming is a Dynomighty protection feature designed to interfere with unauthorized RFID scan attempts when suspicious RFID reader activity is detected.
RFID Alarm States
- RFID Alarm Enabled: rapid warning tones when a 13.56 MHz reader is detected nearby.
- Bluetooth Connected: single confirmation beep when paired.
- Bluetooth Disconnected: different alert tone when the device moves out of range.
- Charging: red LED indicates charging; green LED indicates fully charged.
4. ScanKeep QR Contact & Retrieval Setup
ScanKeep adds an extra recovery layer to your wallet. If someone finds your wallet, they can scan the QR code and use your registered contact method to help return it without exposing unnecessary personal information.
- Locate the ScanKeep QR code on your Micro Wallet Finder or included wallet materials.
- Scan the QR code with your phone camera.
- Follow the ScanKeep registration instructions.
- Add the contact information you want a finder to use.
- Save your profile and confirm that the QR code opens your recovery contact page.
Keep your ScanKeep contact information up to date so a finder can reach you if your wallet is lost.
5. Charging
The Dual-Band Micro Wallet Finder uses wireless charging.
- Place the Micro Wallet Finder on a compatible wireless charger.
- Confirm that the red LED turns on to indicate charging.
- When charging is complete, the LED turns green.
- Remove the Micro Wallet Finder from the charger and return it to your wallet.
Battery life will vary depending on connection status, alerts, use of the sound feature, and environmental conditions. Recharge periodically to keep your wallet finder ready.
6. Power Controls
Power On
Press and hold the button for 5 seconds. The device emits a confirmation tone.
Power Off
Press the button 5 times. Wait for the confirmation tone.
Check Power Status
Double-click the button.
- Beep: powered on.
- No sound: powered off.
7. Factory Reset
Use Factory Reset when you need to pair the Micro Wallet Finder again, remove it from a previous account, or prepare it for a new owner.
- Press the button 4 times.
- On the fourth press, continue holding the button.
- Wait for the second confirmation tone.
- The device will reset and be ready for pairing again.
Important: For best results, remove the Micro Wallet Finder from Apple Find My or Google Find Hub / Find My Device before performing a factory reset.
8. Identification Mode / Serial Number Lookup
Identification Mode allows authorized systems to read the Micro Wallet Finder serial number when required.
- Press the button 6 times within 2 seconds.
- The device beeps.
- The device enters Identification Mode.
This mode may be used for certification, support, or authorized serial number identification.
9. Unknown Tracker Alerts
The Dual-Band Micro Wallet Finder supports unwanted tracking protection through Google’s Find Hub network.
If an unknown Micro Wallet Finder is detected traveling with you for an extended period, Android may display an Unknown Tracker Alert. From the alert, you can locate the device, identify the device, and disable the device.
This functionality is built into Google’s Find Hub network and is designed to help protect users from unwanted tracking.
10. Transfer Ownership / Rebind to a New Account
Before giving your Micro Wallet Finder to another person, remove it from your account and reset the device.
- Remove the device from Apple Find My or Google Find Hub / Find My Device.
- Perform a Factory Reset.
- Ask the new owner to pair the device with their own Apple or Google account.
11. Troubleshooting
The Micro Wallet Finder will not pair with Apple Find My
- Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled.
- Keep the Micro Wallet Finder close to your iPhone or iPad.
- Confirm the Micro Wallet Finder is powered on.
- Factory reset the device if it was previously paired to another account.
The Android Fast Pair popup does not appear
- Confirm your phone is running Android 12 or newer.
- Make sure Bluetooth, Location, Wi-Fi, or mobile data are enabled.
- Go to Settings → Google → Devices & Sharing → Devices and enable Scan for Nearby Devices.
- Restart your phone and try again with the device within 0.5 m / 1.6 ft.
The device does not beep
- Double-click the button to check power status.
- If there is no sound, power the device on by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds.
- Recharge the device on a compatible wireless charger.
The charging LED does not turn on
- Confirm the wireless charger is powered.
- Reposition the Micro Wallet Finder on the charging pad.
- Try a different compatible wireless charger or power adapter.
