You will then Receive a Custom URL linked to your Rewards with a 100% discount pre-applied. The rewards are shipping in batches as we get the surveys filled.

Many of you may have noticed that you haven’t been charged for shipping yet. No worries — that’s actually exactly how the campaign was set up. 

We used Kickstarter’s “Charge Shipping Later” option, which means shipping fees were only estimated for the campaign but will be collected at time of fulfillment. This gives you a lower rate and more accuracy, especially for international orders and multi-item pledges.

Despite numerous attempts and promises by Shopify to be able to offer low cost "Delivered Duty Paid" with DHL International eCommerce we have not been able to get this installed. 

So if you choose to ship at the lower cost International rates set by USPS can not guarantee that these will be delivered "Duty Free" or prepaid unless you choose UPS or DHL shipping services.

Warning; Many customers orders have serious delays and added costs when they are snagged by the recipient countries customs & duty enforcement. These packages often get returned to us without notifying the recipient. 

There is a more secure option: DHL or UPS express services DO have "Delivered Duty Paid" and they have a better record of managing customs issues for the recipient.
